These Saint-Saphorin vines have been recreated with soils richer in gravel than clay. The Saint-Saphorin – Sous les Rocs takes on a heady, full-bodied character, with notes of sap. Its aromas are reminiscent of stone fruit or old kirsch brandy. Rich, velvety and sensual on the palate, Saint-Saphorin – Sous les Rocs is long-lasting.
